Local, low‑carbon materials were thoughtfully curated by architect Clementine Blakemore and Studio MAY for this detail-led renovation and extension of a working farmhouse and stable block in rural Dorset.

Working in close collaboration with CBA, Somer evolved the design of the ground‑floor kitchen and scullery to reflect both function and material integrity. Our modular system paired with Dinesen flooring and British Crawford Limestone slabs, each element meeting the project’s high standards for sustainability and enduring quality.
